How do I place an order?
1. Scroll through our Shop Page to view the products.
2. Please check the material, size and quantity thoroughly. Every small difference might affect the pricing.
3. If you found what are you looking for, continue to no 4. If you can't, please skip to no 8.
4. Select your specifications and click check out, after that you can proceed to payment.
5. After payment has been made, we will contact you through WhatsApp within 1-2 days to give you the design preview.
6. After you give the approval, we will start the production process. Estimated time: 7-10 working days.
7. We will contact you after your custom order is ready and we will ship them immediately.
If you can't find what you want on the Shop page8. Please contact us by WhatsApp or Email. Explain your request and specifications, we will assist you personally.
How do I pay for my order?
Scan the QR code shown during checkout. Available payment option: PayNow.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. We provide three shipment option: Reguler (3-4 business days), Express (1-2 business days) and Pick-Up at our next event for free shipping.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Indonesia.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order. You’ll always see the final shipping fee before completing your purchase.
- Regular: $6 per kg
- Express: $10 per kg
- Free pickup: Collect your order at our upcoming event (no shipping fee)

What’s the difference between Kern Paper and other printing vendors?
We focused on using premium quality paper and specialty printing techniques such as hot foil, emboss, deboss and letterpress (soon). We also provide design services.
I have my own design, can I get estimates?
Yes, sure. If you have the final design ready it will be easier for us to calculate your estimates. Please provide us the size, quantity, finishing to make the process faster. Quotation wait time 1-2 days.
How long does it take to finish my order?
Semi-custom order might take 7-10 working days after we receive the deposit/payment and ready to process design file. In higher seasons your order might take a longer time to process. It also depends on the difficulty of the project.
What file format do you accept?
- Convert all text to outline (Type > Create Outlines)
- Ensure all line are al least 0.25 pt thick
- Minimum text size 7 pt
- Please send us vector file
- .pdf and .ai are acceptable
